At SravyaDesigns, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The items are in their original condition.
  • The items have not been used, worn, or altered.
  • The original packaging and tags are included.

Process for Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process once we receive the returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Special Cases

In the following cases, we will ensure a smooth resolution:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  • Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. We will provide a return label for the incorrect item and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Exceptions to the Policy

Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Final sale items that were marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
